Our organization , part of Indiana's largest and most extensive healthcare network, is in search of a dedicated and patient-focused Pulmonary Critical Care physician to become a member of our expanding team in Lafayette, Indiana.

Position Overview:

• Full-time role primarily focused on inpatient care with some outpatient responsibilities.
• The team offers 24/7 in-house coverage.
• Inpatient care is provided in a 14-bed closed ICU.
• Average coverage involves working two weeks out of every four.
• Daily patient volume typically ranges from 10 to 15 in the hospital.
• Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents.
• Common procedures include bronchoscopies and critical care interventions (e.g., central lines and intubations).
• Join a supportive and cohesive practice group with excellent ICU collaboration.
• Patient volume may vary between hospital and office settings.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• A fellowship in Critical Care and Pulmonary is required.
• We welcome applications from current fellows as well as practicing physicians.

Compensation Package:

• Guaranteed base salary.
