Maintenance Technician

We're hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and support residential communities in the White Plains, NY area

What You'll Do

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems
• Complete preventive maintenance and service requests
• Perform inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Support and mentor junior technicians
• Help maintain safe, clean, and well-operated communities

What We're Looking For

• Required to have professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Valid driver's license
