To support contact center operations, the full-time remote Contact Center Specialist will gather and input operational data, assist customers with inquiries, and contribute to service quality by analyzing performance metrics and addressing service concerns. Key responsibilities Gather and input standard operational data to analyze contact center efficiency and assist in preparing operational reports Support customers by providing information and resources or directing them to the appropriate party while following detailed procedures Collaborate with team members to address business problems and escalate issues as necessary, while identifying opportunities for improvement Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in a corporate or business office environment Basic knowledge of labor environment regulations and performance standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry Ability to build relationships and act with compassion in a customer service setting Experience in healthcare or a heavily regulated industry is preferred
