Job Description

Crossroads Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting utilizing Dealertrack systems. In this role, you will manage accounting functions, support dealership operations, and maintain compliance with financial regulations while leveraging Dealertrack software to streamline processes. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. Utilize Dealertrack systems for accurate financial reporting and compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and dealership policies. Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to align financial objectives. Train and supervise accounting staff to optimize performance and accuracy. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Controller or similar financial management role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Dealertrack software and dealership financial systems. Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and insurance regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Benefits Competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
